Recurring appointments can not add discounts the just reoccur and the price multiplies by a number of appointments. Price can only be adjusted for packages it can not be adjusted for recurring appointments.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Marko is out of the office, so I'll be assisting you with this one. I can confirm that packages have never been a part of the basic (standard) license. From the very beginning, this feature has always been included in the Pro license, as stated in our documentation. As Marko explained earlier, we can issue a full refund for your current license, and then you can purchase the Pro license to access the Packages feature.
You're correct that recurring appointments and packages are not the same. However, recurring appointments do not offer discounts. Discounts can only be applied via coupons. The text you're seeing is likely a custom text that has been changed in the Customize settings. Recurring appointments work the same as "standard" appointments, but they allow customers to book the same appointment for recurring dates all in one booking.
Feel free to check more information about recurring appointments on this link.
Most probably this comes for the Customize section. So Step by Step v2 / Service Selection / Package Selection and then under Labels, you should be able to see the string
It can be also translated with LocoTranslate. I would check that (not sure if you use LocoTranslate).
Hello I was advised to open a new ticket as this is a separate issue
I purchased a lifetime license for amelia back in 2020. During this time I was able to create packages of bookings.
I'm now unable to make changes to packages as I have lost the ability to do so
Marko Davidović advised that we purchase a new license but that is not a solution.
Hi Marko you've just confirmed that packages and recurring appointments are separate.
Ok we have never had a PRO license, you've confirmed that. At the moment recurring appointments adds a discount to the service. How can I change this?

I would agree with you Marko but it's offering a 6% discount. Please check the attached screenshot
At the moment it feels like you are fobbing us off and not offering any real solutions and we keep going round in circles.

This is what I was looking for. I'm not sure why this wasn't picked up on the original ticket though
