I'm looking at appointment that have 2-3 processes in them. So a customer books 1 appointment, but at the back end, 2-3 employees are assigned to it one after another.
For example, a groom would have 1 appointment, but 3 processes - wash, dry, cut, done by 3 employees.
Would that be possible? Allocating staff to them, while customer sees it as 1 large booking.
Currently, there is no built-in option in Amelia to allocate multiple employees to a single booking, with each performing a separate process in sequence (e.g., wash, dry, cut) while displaying it as a single appointment to the customer.
Let me know if you'd like to explore any of these options further!
