I placed the shortcode on the page to allow our customers to access their events and bookings. I tried to access the page. The page sends the access link to my email, but when I click it. The page returns with the send email module on the page. It does not give me access to see my events or appointments.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
It's possible that using your admin account is causing the issue due to conflicting permissions. Admin accounts often bypass certain restrictions or view settings differently, which can lead to unexpected behavior.
