I have configured the notifications to send certain texts and they don't work. The emails are delivered but the texts are changed. I enclose two screenshots (one on the side of what I receive, and another on what I had configured on the plugin).
In this particular case, it is the email of when someone books assistance to an event.
Omg, this just got a lot worse. None of the notifications are working now (not even sent), when I go into appointments the page is just blank (attachment!), the same goes for Employees. It feels like it broke or something. Let's look into this, because I have at least another site with the same problem.
Pleaaase access the site with the info provided and check through.
PS: Earlier versions of this plugin required for the user to set a language, that's why I had it like that. Probably through updates something just didn't transition properly.
Ok never mind to the appointment pages being blank, that was just the browser cache. Notifications though, they still don't work (don't get send even).

Please do not write more than once on the ticket because it sends it to the end of the queue. We work on the tickets in order as they arrive, and each of your new replies sends a ticket to the end of the queue. Please open a separate ticket for each question or issue and wait for us to respond and we will try to help as best as we can to resolve the issue effectively and as soon as possible.
Also to save time you can go to notifications click right mouse click and inspect page then you click to send test notifications and in network section you will see the error. You need to click on that error and then you can send us a screenshot
Never mind Marko, I did a fresh install of the whole site and wasted quite some unnecessary hours, but at least now it works.
Look, I understand that I "messed up" the whole queue thing, but it is still unexcusably unprofessional: there's been 2 full days in between my replies. This thread is already 3 days old and got just one reply for something that wasn't working properly. I'm in the customer service myself - I attend to my clients on a daily basis - and this, to me, would be unthinkable.
I just hope I don't run into serious issues no more.

As someone who also works in support, you’re likely aware that most ticketing platforms operate in a way that each time a new message is added to a ticket, it gets moved to the end of the queue.
