We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Attention: your competitor Late Point has a simple "Any employee" solution

    Your competitor Late Point offers the logic al and simple option for a customer who doesnt have a clue which employee to choose to simply say "Any employee" (see screenshot and article) ... and then the system takes care of allocating an employee... in this way the customer gets to see the full (overlapping) availability of all employees together and can focus on picking the right date and time which is important to him. 

    This in combination with the possibility for a customer to add several services for "any employee"  at the same date and time (currently not possible) so the father can book for his whole family at the same time ....

    I would say those two things are simply imperative for a self respecting booking platform. 

    Please take this seriously. I wouldn't want to change to Late Point now.... I really like Amelia.

    Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting these important features. We understand how valuable the "Any Employee" option and the ability to book multiple services for different individuals at the same time are for providing a seamless booking experience.

    Currently, Amelia does not offer these features, but I will forward your suggestions to our development team as a priority. We are always looking to improve, and customer insights like yours play a crucial role in shaping future updates.
