Hello Stefan,
Thank you for reaching out!
Here’s how Amelia can meet your requirements:
Points Cards and Credit System: While Amelia does not have a specific "points card" feature, the Packages option is the closest alternative. With Packages, you can set up credit-based booking systems. For example, you can sell a package of 10 sessions, and customers can use their purchased credits to book services. Unfortunately, the system isn't designed to automatically deduct units per service booked, but you can manage the sessions manually through the package.
Booking Multiple Services Using Credits: Packages can be used across multiple services, meaning a customer who purchases a package can book any service available without restrictions. However, specific restrictions across different services are not directly supported, but you can manage this via service settings and staff assignment to guide how packages are used.
Payment via PayPal and Cash: Amelia supports PayPal for online payments. For cash payments, you can manually mark them as paid in the system. When processing a booking, the admin can choose to mark the transaction as complete without any external payment processor.
Admin Adding Credit to Customer: As an admin, you don’t directly add credits in the traditional sense, but you can assign a package to a customer from the backend. This would give them access to the credit they need for booking services. So while adding credit isn’t done in a traditional points system way, you can manage this efficiently using packages.
Let me know if you would like to proceed with setting up these features, and feel free to reach out for more assistance!
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
