We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

The Title should say, "Can't Create New Appointments"
We are as of today unable to create new appointments for our clients. When we enter all the information and click save, it acts like it is saving the appointment. The appointment side bar stays there. If we "X" out of it or cancel nothing is saved.
In addition when I tried to schedule an appointment the way a customer would, it sent me an email but it is not showing on the Amelia calendar or appointments.

Please install it and let me know if it works. No data will be lost, just make sure that you have the option "delete Amelia content" disabled in Activation settings.

I have installed the plugin you sent and it just stopped on the screen https://rezenergize.com/wp-admin/update.php?action=upload-plugin
Then I have a critical error and I had to restore to a previous version.
I tried it again and it stopped on the same screen and didn't look like it installed. I didn't get the critical error this time and now the booking seems to work. I never got to any screen where I told it not to delete Amelia Info.
I think I am good for now.
Hi Jay,
Please, make sure that your WP user only has one user assigned. Sometimes, users assiing multiple user roles to single WP user. This is wrong and it causes conflict. So, to check this, go to WP user section and make sure that the WP user is only configured to Administator.
