    Hi,
    I see you offer woocommerce checkout.

    - Can I combine existing physical products with the service booking when Checking out or for example to offer an upsell offer /order bump?
    If not is there an option to combine sale of products and your bookings, in the same checkout process ?

    - is there a CRM you integrate best with? At the moment I have Fluent Crm as it is very cost effective with its Amazon aws mailing. How can I trigger automated email sequences?

    - can customers manage their own booking with canceling and rescheduling (according to rules : for ex min 24hours)

    - does your customer database blend/update automatically with woocommerce database? If not Can they be synced ?

    - if I use customs fields (where people can write medical info and upload lab results) Where is all the extra data from custom fields being stored ?

    - If people want to review their purchase history of products and booking, how can that be put together in the same place without complex coding?

    - very 50% of the time I take my appointments also over the phone. How easy it is to manually book a customer on a mobile phone?

    1. WooCommerce Checkout Integration

    While Amelia supports WooCommerce checkout, combining physical products with service bookings (e.g., upsells or order bumps) in the same transaction is not natively supported. However, you could consider using WooCommerce’s product bundles or similar plugins to manage this integration.

    2. CRM Integration

    Amelia doesn’t have direct integration with FluentCRM, but you can connect via third-party tools like Zapier. Automated email sequences can be triggered based on booking events.

    3. Customer Booking Management

    Yes, customers can cancel or reschedule their bookings based on your rules (e.g., minimum 24-hour notice) directly through their account on the front-end.

    4. Database Sync with WooCommerce

    Amelia and WooCommerce databases operate independently. They do not automatically sync, but customer data can be exported/imported manually or synced via third-party solutions.

    5. Custom Fields Data Storage

    Custom field data (e.g., medical info, lab results) is stored securely in the WordPress database. It’s linked to customer records in Amelia for easy access.

    6. Reviewing Purchase and Booking History

    Amelia doesn’t natively consolidate product purchases and service bookings in one view. This would require custom development or integration with a CRM that can unify such data.

    7. Manual Bookings

    Amelia offers an easy way to manually book appointments, even from mobile devices. You can quickly create bookings via the admin dashboard.
