Good morning, I have a question regarding PACKAGE rules. For individual services, it is possible to set a pending reservation as well as a pending payment. However, is this not possible for packages? When making a reservation, I only see two options: PACKAGE PURCHASED and CANCELED. Can’t there be a PENDING reservation? I’m specifically asking about this section: AMELIA/SETTINGS/PAYMENTS/RULES.

Unfortunatelly, at this moment, only these two statuses can be applied. You can still create rules as for the standard services, but appointments have more booking statuses than packages. Currently, you can only assign "package purchased" or "canceled" which will be applied to "order creation" or "order update".
