My client would like, instead of making a customer profile for each booking they make themselves, to just have an option to write a name in that field and continue on, without having the need to do all the details.
As a second question. Why, when making an appointment in the Admin Panel, 2 presses are needed to confirm a selection. For example choosing a employee, you click once on one and it only gets focused, then pressing it again would actually make the choice. Happens only on mobile.
Thanks for reaching out to us. For the customer creation, currently, this is how Amelia registers new customers, you would need to click on "add new" and then enter the customer details. Only when there is already an existing customer, you can just click and select.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
As for the appointment selection, may i ask for the video showcasing the issue? You can attach it here.
I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Unfortunatelly, I'm not able to reproduce the same use case on our local host. May I ask for the WP admin credentials, I can log in via my mobile phone.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I logged in with an Android (Samsung) this time, instead of the usual iOS iPhone.
I see it works perfectly on the Android.
Now you have a lead on what's going on. Try it yourself with an iOS, in case you did it on an Android device.
If it's working on your iPhone, then it might be a device specific problem.
My client also has a iPhone 14 as I saw, I have an iPhone 14, on our device it required a double click. It might be just how the click 'event' is handled for iOS or just iPhone 14 in general.
I'm currently using Android and don't have an iPhone to test at the moment. However, I do have access to a platform that simulates the iOS system. While testing on my Android device (but within the local test environment), everything appears to work properly.
I would need the login credentials for your WordPress environment so I can log in and test on the platform (BrowserStack).
Just wanted to provide an update regarding this use case. QA team is still testing this and once they provide a feedback I will get back to you with the information.
Apologies again for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

What can we do regarding both questions?
Thank you.

Here's a video of the selection issue.
You can see i press once and it only gets highlighted, instead of selected. Only on the second click does it actually get selected

Thanks Kristijan,
but on the first click, this service is actually selected or I'm missing something.

As you can see it gets only highlighted - not selected on the first click.

Okay I got something that was missing, the screen recording doesn't show the highlighted option, don't know why. I'll send a screenshot now.
See how it looks when I click once, and only when I do the second click it really selects it.
