Hello, we sell online course packages via the Amelia plugin, after registration (appointment) they receive the zoom link so we would like to deactivate the possibility of canceling or postponing an appointment to avoid abuse, especially as we have specified in our general conditions that cancellation is not possible. Is this easily possible or is there a hook that allows you to do this? Thank you for your response.
Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. But perhaps there is a workaround that can help. In settings for services and events you can set that minimum time required before canceling is 6 months.
