There is an issue with the communication between WooCommerce and Amelia. When the payment status changes to "approved" via "Mercado Pago," Amelia doesn't update the payment status—it remains "pending" and doesn't schedule the appointment. This is a critical problem because customers pay for the service, receive payment confirmation emails and appointment notifications, and believe their appointment is booked. However, Amelia never reflects this in its calendar.

Thank you for the update on this.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I just tested it, and the appointment is still marked as pending. For some unknown reason, it doesn't register the "Mercado Pago" approved status.

When I manually changed the order status in WooCommerce from "Processing" to "Completed," it worked, and the appointment was scheduled.
We need this to happen automatically. Once the client pays for the service, the appointment should be scheduled immediately.
Done, I modified the WooCommerce code to skip the "Processing" status. Issue resolved, thank you for your attention.
