We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    He configurado días especiales para un solo empleado en un solo servicio, de esta forma, y cuando cliente selecciona esa fecha solo aparece el horario de 6:10pm a 6:55 pm, necesito que me aparezcan todos estos horarios:

    Incluir el tiempo de búfer de servicio en las franjas horarias : no

    Tiempo mínimo requerido antes de reservar: 10min

    Tiempo mínimo requerido antes de cancelar: 6hrs

    Tiempo mínimo requerido antes de reprogramar:  no

    Período disponible para reservar con anticipación: 7


    Y la configuración del servicio de prueba así:

    Duración: 45

    Precio: $10

    Margen de tiempo antes: -

    Margen de tiempo después: -

    Capacidad mínima: 1
    Capacidad máxima: 4

    Hi Julio,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. The configuration looks ok from this point of view, except the "Minimum time required before booking: 10min". In other words, Amelia calculates 10 minutes from the current time to show the timeslots available for booking. Since this was yesterday, can you configure the special days for 30 November for example?
