Hi, we need to personalize the TEMPLATE when a customer wants to save the appointment to his Google Calendar. Is it possible to add params to the template? We want to add some information in the text area.
Unfortunately, there is no built-in option in Amelia to personalize the template for customer Google Calendar invitations. While it is possible to customize the Google Calendar template for employees, the same functionality is not available for customer appointments.
If this feature is crucial for your setup, you might want to consider submitting a feature request via the Amelia feature request page, and it may be considered for future updates.

We have seen that this is possible for the employees but not for the customers.
