Our Dev team do not accept customization project at this time and there is no such option built in Amelia. We can ask their opinion if they can redirect you in the right direction perhaps. But they will need a lot more data then this. 

Please explain exactly what and where you want to achieve and we will see if we can help in any way but please note that this is not covered by our support we can only ask our Dev for opinion and see if they have some advice once you send us more information.

We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that you maybe can use amelia_checkout_data filter, something like this:

function example($data, $container, $wc_key)
{

    $cartContent = WC()->cart->get_cart_contents()[$wc_key];
    $appointment = WC()->cart->get_cart_contents()[$wc_key]['ameliabooking'];

 return $data;
}

add_filter('amelia_checkout_data', 'example', 10, 3);
