The amelai setting "Minimum time required before booking" let us set a variety of times between 10 min - 12 hrs, then 1 day - onwards.
We need to set it to 18 hours. Is this possible?
Also, the hint when i hover over the question mark reads? "Set the time before the appointment when customers will not be able to book the appointment"
Is it specific to stop the CUSTOMERS making a booking, or will it also apply to the Amelia Manager roles and Employee roles?
This option is only related to front end (to customers), it's not applied to the back end (employees and managers) . Unfortunately, it's not possible to configure 18 hours as duration, since from 12 h, the duration is counted in days, unfortunately.
