The majority of my client's services are two hours long but they have a service that is only one hour long. I have their Working Hours set up in two hour blocks so that the two-hour service cannot be scheduled on the middle hour (i.e. Working Hours are 15:00-17:00, 17:00-19:00, 19:00-21:00) and the one hour service is bookable every hour on the hour as it should be.
They want to remove the one hour service so that it isn't available to book from 20:00-21:00 within the 19:00-21:00 working hour window.
How can I adjust the working hours so that the two hour service can still be booked from 19:00-21:00 but the one hour service only from 19:00-20:00?
Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. This is not possible to set Im afraid. The closest option that can help you to achieve this is to create 2 separate employees and then to set 2 work hours and days and to connect both employees to the same calendar so that they work in fixed pairs.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
