Your Amelia booking system is not transferring the events I’ve created manually in calendar for one specific location into the online booking system, and it shows the respective time slots as available. For example, if I manually add an event in the calendar for Monday at 8:00 AM, the booking system on the website still displays this time slot as available. When a customer selects this slot and proceeds to the next step to fill in their name and other details, and then clicks to move to the next step, a message appears stating that "the selected time is not available." Could you advise me on where the issue might be? Other locations are functioning without any problems. Thanks
Thanks for reaching out to us. Make sure that the appointment on Google Calendar is booked as "busy". Only when the status is busy, the same timeslot wont be available in Amelia for booking. You can also increase the "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" per page in Google Calendar integration settings. By default, this is configured to 50, but you can increase it to a higher number. Please note that you need to activate the "remove busy slots" button first.
