Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
Hello,
The following scenario: There are various services that are offered on 3 days of the fair, exactly on 11-13 March 2025. (always with time slots of 30 minutes, but I could already set that).
Can you tell me how I can manually define the date for just these 3 days for selection/booking? The settings I have found so far are always only with recurring fixed days (monthly, weekly, etc.) But I only want to set a calendar for these 3 days to select for the service.
Is this possible with WP Amelia? If so, how or where can I set this? Maybe with custom fields?
Thank you very much
Hello!
Yes, you can use the "Special Days" feature in Amelia to set availability for those specific days of the fair. Here's how you can do it:
Go to Amelia > Employees:
Click on "Special Days" Tab:
Set Dates for March 11-13, 2025:
Disable Recurring Availability:
This approach will limit the availability to just the 11th, 12th, and 13th of March 2025, and customers will only be able to book during the time slots you specify.
Additionally, as mentioned previously:
Let me know if you need further assistance!
Kind Regards,
