Hello,
I am about to configure a room booking website.
I managed to have the rooms as employees and places, and it's working fine for small durations (2h, 4h)...
1. We have a "whole day" service which is 8h > how can I force the hours of service to be "9 am - 5 pm" for example (and not having 8-16, 9-17, 10-18... in the form) ?
2. How can I manage to book a whole weekend ?
For the moment I created an offer which is 2x 8h service. But it could be great to force the second appointment to be the very next day to the first.
Is it possible ?
3. We would like to offer possibility to rent the room with monthly paiement. Is there any possibility ? For the moment I created a Woocommerce product to be able to pay for a month. Can we link it with the calendar room ?
Thank you,
Hello Sandrine,
Thank you for reaching out!
Whole Day Service (9 AM - 5 PM):
You can configure this by setting the employee's working hours to 9 AM - 5 PM specifically for the day(s) you want this service available. This will ensure the available times align with your requirements.
Booking a Whole Weekend:
Unfortunately, there isn’t a built-in option to automatically set the second appointment to the next day. For now, manually setting up the offer as 2x 8-hour services is the best approach.
Monthly Payment for Room Rental:
At the moment, linking a WooCommerce product for monthly payment directly with the booking calendar is not supported. However, this is a feature planned for future updates.
Let me know if you have any further questions or need additional guidance!
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
