Our booking system is set to send confirmation emails from our main email address. Since the update it has started sending them from our website admin email. I have checked the Amelia settings and it still has the correct email in the Amelia settings. This has only started happening recently.
Emails are being received from a different email address to the one listed in the box below.
Yes we updated recently and then also upgraded and have multiple issues since then, all of which your staff are replying on every ticket to say thats not possible.
That's strange, no issues like this have been reported recently with the latest update. May I ask for the WP credentials so we can test it out?
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I hope you are doing well. That should be the sender's email field. All emails should be sent from this email, specified here.
Instead of this email, emails are sent from the admin email? Have you updated the plugin recently?
