I’ve been facing issues with the booking software’s SMS functionality. Two or three of my US-based customers have reported that they’re not receiving booking notifications consistently. I’m unsure why the software struggles to send messages to US phone numbers. Do customers need to register something with their network carriers for this to work properly?
