I’ve been facing issues with the booking software’s SMS functionality. Two or three of my US-based customers have reported that they’re not receiving booking notifications consistently. I’m unsure why the software struggles to send messages to US phone numbers. Do customers need to register something with their network carriers for this to work properly? Has anyone experienced a similar issue? If so, I’d greatly appreciate any advice or insights on resolving this.

The only reason why some customers might not receive SMS messages
depends on which country they are in and if their number is part of the national DNC ( Do not contact) list.
You can see more details about the DNC explained here.
Our SMS provider is US-based, so this national DNC comes into play in regard to SMS messages.
