Hello, my name is Paula and I have a startup that connects psychologists with people who want to undergo therapy, so that they can carry out an online session. To make this possible, I built a website on WordPress. This site has the WP Amelia plugin for scheduling sessions, and Amelia integration with Google Calendar to generate a Google Meet video conference link. I managed to get Amelia to generate the Google Meet link and automatically send it to those involved in the scheduling (the psychologist and the patient), but the time has come to make the video call, both the employee (psychologist) and the client (the patient) They were unable to open the online room. What could have happened?

Thanks for reaching out to us. If I understand correctly, the Google Meets links are rendered properly, but the same links can't be opened from the notification template? Both employees and customers are experiencing this issue?
I guess the best option is to provide more information, perhaps a screenshot or a video showcasing the issue.
