I am interested in purchasing the "Amelia WooCommerce Bookings System" plugin/extension for my website, but I would like to clarify some details before proceeding.
My website is a platform for selling courses, which are offered over specific date ranges. For instance, we provide courses that last 6 days, 4 days, etc., and these are held at specific locations.
To provide a clearer idea, I have attached a video for reference. I want to create a single product called SIA Door Supervisor, and within this product, I would like to display four different locations: Canary Wharf, Whitechapel, Park Royal, and Luton. Each location will have its own set of dates.
For example:
SIA Door Supervisor - Canary Wharf
20th to 25th November 2024
26th to 30th November 2024
SIA Door Supervisor - Whitechapel
2nd to 7th December 2024
10th to 15th December 2024
I do not want to display the dates in a calendar view. Instead, I would like to present them as a simple list along with the location details.
Could you please confirm if this setup is possible with the "Amelia WooCommerce Bookings System" plugin? If additional customization or an alternative approach is needed, kindly let me know.
Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your response.
Thanks for reaching out to us. Please, allow me to explain how this works. First of all, WooCoomerce is an additional plugin that Amelia has integration with, it's not integrated in Amelia by default. While you can have multiple locations configured, the dates are not assigned to those locations, but rather to an employee. The employee is "responsible" for the timeslots offered, in other words, the work hours configured for an employee determine when and where the timeslot would be offered.
Looking at your use case, you can configure the WooCoomerce product, but you won't be able to display different locations with this product. The WooCoomerce product is assigned to a service or event when the appointment is booked, then this product is assigned on WooCoomerce checkout. I recommend checking out this link for more information.
You can create four different events with different dates and then display them on the event list. More information on this link.
