I'm using API often in my website and I have an issue when user try to re-order an appointment he had cancelled.
For example, If I order appointment tomorrow at 5PM and then I'd cancel it, after 2 hours if I try to order it again I get error ""customerAlreadyBooked":true and user can't order that appointment again.
This sound like a caching issue so please try and purge the cache and let us know how it goes. In case this does not help please send us exact URL and 100% of coupon so that we can test this. We went on your site but we did not see Amelia form only product and cart.
You can purge via some cache plugin such as lite cache. If you can please send us short one minute video of the issue. Also we can not test anything without temporary admin credentials.
With video also please send us a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Please do not write more than once on the ticket because it sends it to the end of the queue We work on the tickets in order as they arrive, and each of your new replies sends a ticket to the end of the queue. Please open a separate ticket for each question or issue and wait for us to respond and we will try to help as best as we can to resolve the issue effectively and as soon as possible.

Btw, I don't think that's a cache issue because if I try to rebook from the customer UI in web (instead of API request)- it works well.
