I will be glad to give you the requested reviews. I love your system. I'm p[laying with it every day to get the set-up right.
One thing that's really missing form your options is the following: currently a service is only linked to a location via the employee. So if the employee is active on 4 locations the service will also be offered on 4 locations.
This however is insufficient.
We have services that are only offered on one location by pilots who are active on serval locations. In this case it must be possible to link services and locations directly. I really don't see. how it could be otherwise.
Hope you agree and you will add this feature soon!
This is all related to employees not to services. So if they are working on 3 services at the same time on 3 locations at the same time then any service and location can match. This will not be implemented in Amelie since this would require complete changing of how Amelia works. But there is a possible work around that can help you to achieve what you need.
So for example if you have 3 services that are available on 3 locations but each service can only be booked on one location you can create 3 employees and connect them to the same calendar this way they will work in fixed pairs. So as soon as one is booked on one service on that location he is then unavailable for further booking on other services and locations in that time slot.
Hope this helps.

Yes this is a feasible work-around thanks! With connect them (several instances of the same employee) to the same Calendar do you mean their Google Calendar?
I presume you mean this because I don't see how that would work from the Amelia Calendar.
So in that way all my problems can be solved.... still feel however that it should be possible to create general anonymous employees that can be counted off till all are booked. That is so logical for any business that has several employees do the same work (hairdressers, yoga, ski instructor, tandem pilot) .... To just have an availability of X on a given time slot and after one booking that number becomes X-1. That would totally make sense.... and would not be so hard to implement. Because the manager could say: I have these 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 employees available today in these 10 time slots. So on the backend the names of the employees are known and also coupled to customers.... but on the front end there is just a count down. Makes sense no?
I set it up for one location and service. Created a special employee (me for that location and service). Linked it to the same Google calendar as my original employee record. But was able to make two overlapping bookings that way. See screenshot..... the two afternoon bookings overlap. So I can't do that workaround. What I can do of course is block a given day or half day on my original employee record. So that on that day I can only be booked on the other location....
Well. There are always solutions.... but it's suboptimal.

I am testing
I have added 2 employees, 1 category, 2 services and 4 locations.
Somehow the employees only allow for one location in the system somewhere.
I looked through all editing options and nowhere find how to make employee-service-location settings.
See for yourself via the added url at the bottom...
Please help me out.
