The translations of backend and frontend are working fine. But I could not figure out translations of the e-mail templates, these are still in English. I could translate them manually, but that would be a huge amount of work. Do you have translations that can be uploaded, or is there another way?
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunatelly, you need to translate them manually. While Amelia follows the WP language settings and translates the frontend and backend, it won't translate the email notifications. In case you want to add multiple languages, you would still need to translate the templates to other languages.
Thanks for the quick reply. I counted them, there are 44 templates. Each of your clients who uses another language or even several languagas needs to do all of that work? Sorry, somehow that feels hard to believe.
I also did not find a way to export or import these templates. So I cannot even work on files? Each template to be edited one by one? And on another site, again copy/paste one by one? There must be a better way. Please help me out.
Apologies, but as mentioned, these templates are not automatically translated. When you add additional language in General settings, the templates are "pasted" from the default notification template. You need to select a language in the notification section and then change the text according to your needs.
