On the 7th November 2024 I purchased a plan for $150.85 Amelia Standard. It was taken out of my bank account on the 9th November 2024. At the time we had a problem with the purchase.
I then proceed to purchase another Amelia standard - $150.75 dated 10th November 2024 an my bank statement.
I only received on receipt dated 7th November 2024.

Could you please confirm if the second purchase on 10th November 2024 was made using a different email address? It might help us locate the second transaction more easily.
