Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
Hello.
I would like that this tour could only be booked at one single time slot. From 10h30 to 15h00. And I want my employee to be available for other bookings after this time, for example, someone pays for a wine tasting at 16h00 and I know he's never occupied with the tour at that time. Is this possible?
Even more complex. What if an extra for this tour as a duration of 2h. How can I still only let people book one slot a day that always starts at 10h30?
Thank you so much.
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are not quite sure what exactly you want to achieve but the availability of the service is defined by employees' working hours, so you would need to edit those in order to achieve this.
When you go to Amelia/Employees, and select that employee, go to the Work Hours tab. In there create several working periods. For example:
My employee would work on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 08:00 - 10:30, on "Second" service from 10:30 - 15:30, and then again on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 15:30 - 24:00.
You'd be adding these periods by clicking on the blue + sign next to the name of the day, in the top right.
Hope this helps.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,

Ok, got it. This is a good solution.
The only problem I seem to keep having is that if there's an extra for that appointment, then I will need to give the employee more time and this will generate more timeslots available. What I really wanted to do is to only allow a service of 5h to be booked at a single timeslot that starts at 10am and ends at 15h, even though you can add an extra with a 2h duration, but you still can't book it past 10h or before 10h. Does this make sense?
Thank you for your precious help!
Hello again,
Glad to hear that we helped as for your question you can allow extras with or without duration. But this is all defined in employee work hours. So if you set that you are working from 10 to 15 and service is 5 hours long then 2 hours extras cannot be booked since then service will last 7 hours. In that case you will need to set work hours from 10 to 17. Hope this explains it.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
