To make the coupon field appear in the confirmation booking section, please follow these steps:

1. Enable Coupons: Go to Amelia > Settings > Payments and ensure that the option to enable coupons is turned on.

2. Create Coupons: After enabling the coupons, go to Amelia > Finances > Coupons and create your coupons. Make sure to set the correct details, like the discount value, usage limits, and expiration date.

Once these steps are done, the coupon field should show up in the booking process.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
