Hi,I'm searching how to indicate that I will not be available for a recurring service at a specific time.
Let's say that, every weeks, I'm proposing some services on Monday (8am to 5pm) and I'm proposing a Yoga class on Monday evening (6pm to 7pm).
If I know that I will not be able to do a yoga class at one date, how can I indicate it in the tool to avoid booking for this session?
I have seen the "day off" feature but it doesn't fit to my need because I only want to cancel the yoga class and not the other services done during the day.
Is it possible to do that?
Thank you, regards
Hello Aurore,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunatelly, the only option would be the "days off' feature, since when the recurring appointments are configured, customers would have the option to book all appointments as per the configuration except if the timeslot is already booked. In that case (when the particular timeslot is booked), Amelia can offer these options
So, to summarize, you either configure the days off or you can have a particular timeslot marked as busy in advance.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
