We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Problem in Test Mode with Stripe

I am trying to schedule appointments in test mode paying with stripe. I have already configured my stripe account with a test publishable key and a test secret key, and I have it correctly configured in the Amelia configuration, in the payments section.

However, when trying to make a payment in test mode, using the credit cards that Stripe provides for test mode, it does not allow me to schedule and I get this error message:

    No such customer: 'cus_RCsjwSVdBHJADb'

I would like to ask you if you can tell me what I may have configured wrong or why I may be getting this message. As I mentioned, I have seen all the tutorials, I have seen the video and the Amelia documentation to link the stripe account, and it does allow me to schedule and make payments in LIVE mode, but not in test mode.

Thank you very much for the help.

I was able to resolve it now. It's a matter of Stripe assigning a customer ID and still assuming the customer's identity, apparently, based on the purchase's MAC address or IP. So I simply made the purchase from another device in test mode and it let me perform the test purchase or scheduling.

    Thanks.
