We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

1. Single Google Calendar Account for the Center: You could create a single Google Calendar account specifically for the center. This way, you can generate Google Meet links for each appointment directly from that calendar. However, this would require you to manually assign the correct Meet link to each professional’s appointment.

2. Google Calendar with Multiple Users: The more efficient approach would be to set up a Google Calendar account for each professional. You can then link each professional's individual Google Calendar to Amelia and have their availability synchronized. When a client books an appointment with a specific psychologist, Amelia will automatically generate a unique Google Meet link for that appointment.

In this setup:

• Each psychologist has their own Google Calendar account.
• Each calendar is linked to Amelia.
• Amelia will then create separate Google Meet links based on the professional’s calendar, streamlining the process and ensuring each appointment has its unique link.

Best Setup:

• Create a Google Calendar for each professional. This allows each professional to manage their own availability and Google Meet links.
• Link each Google Calendar to Amelia. In Amelia, you can assign employees (psychologists) to specific services and link them to their corresponding Google Calendar account.
• Let Amelia manage the appointments. When clients book sessions, Amelia will generate the correct Google Meet links automatically for the respective professional.
