I need assistance configuring Google Meet links for session packages. Currently, I have packages for one, two, and four sessions. While I can generate links for single sessions, it seems I am unable to create individual Google Meet links for the two- and four-session packages directly from the settings.
Could you guide me on how to set up Meet links for these multi-session packages?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I keep getting the "Error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch" whenever i try to link an employee to the google calendar API even though i´ve checked that its the same. What can it be?
Thank you for reaching out! To efficiently manage appointments and Google Meet links for multiple professionals in your mental health center, here’s what I recommend:
Single Google Calendar Account for the Center: You could create a single Google Calendar account specifically for the center. This way, you can generate Google Meet links for each appointment directly from that calendar. However, this would require you to manually assign the correct Meet link to each professional’s appointment.
Google Calendar with Multiple Users: The more efficient approach would be to set up a Google Calendar account for each professional. You can then link each professional's individual Google Calendar to Amelia and have their availability synchronized. When a client books an appointment with a specific psychologist, Amelia will automatically generate a unique Google Meet link for that appointment.
In this setup:
Each psychologist has their own Google Calendar account.
Each calendar is linked to Amelia.
Amelia will then create separate Google Meet links based on the professional’s calendar, streamlining the process and ensuring each appointment has its unique link.
Best Setup:
Create a Google Calendar for each professional. This allows each professional to manage their own availability and Google Meet links.
Link each Google Calendar to Amelia. In Amelia, you can assign employees (psychologists) to specific services and link them to their corresponding Google Calendar account.
Let Amelia manage the appointments. When clients book sessions, Amelia will generate the correct Google Meet links automatically for the respective professional.
This setup will ensure that everything is properly organized and that each psychologist has a dedicated meeting link. Let me know if you need help with linking the calendars or further setup details!
Thank Uros, however i really dont know how to do it, id like to have the second alternative: Google Calendar with Multiple Users. How can i set it up? in the meantime im having the "Error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch" whenever i try to sync the employee account to Calendar, even though i have the same URI in both ends, Google and Amelia. please help
Hi! i think i did it :) i could connect the Google account of one of the employees without any problem. I assume all of the links that are created from several employees will all be different right :) ?
Great to hear you successfully connected the Google account for one of the employees! Could you please clarify which links you're referring to? This will help me provide accurate information.
