We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I need help configuring the booking form so that when a psychologist is selected in the first step, and then a package is chosen, the initial psychologist selection is retained.
As you can see in the attached image, two different professionals appear for the same package, which is confusing for users. How can I resolve this issue to ensure the first selection is respected throughout the booking process?
Thank you for your support!
Best regards,
Hello Francisco,
Thank you for your message!
Currently, in Amelia, the booking form works as follows: the initial employee selection is tied to the service, but when a package is chosen, the employee list can change, showing other employees who are available for those package appointments.
Unfortunately, there is no direct way to ensure the initial employee selection is locked and carried through when a package is selected. The employee choice will adjust according to the availability for that specific package.
One possible workaround is to ensure that the package only includes the same professional who was originally selected. This can be done by creating separate packages for each psychologist, ensuring that only the corresponding professional appears when the user selects the package.
Let me know if you need further clarification or help with this setup!
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
