After the update, it happens that events are not visible on the employee's calendar in the backend, only appointments are displayed. For example, when I book an appointment for an employee, it appears in the calendar. However, when I assign the same employee as the organizer or participant of an event, the event does not show up in the backend calendar.
Everything displays normally on the frontend, but in the backend calendar, only appointments are shown.
Additionally, there is a bug with working hours. After the update, when creating a new appointment, the employee's working hours are not followed at all, and all hours are shown instead.
I can see that this is a duplicate ticket, and we already covered this topic in another ticket:
https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3765945/
For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.
We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!
If you have any questions or concerns about another topic, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help you out!
I added another question that I haven't received an answer to.

In User Role settings, there is this option called "allow admin to book at any time". If this is enabled, then an admin will have the option to book the appointments no matter the employee work hours. Check if this option is enabled.

Hi DesignJust4You,
Apologies, would you mind providing an example? Does that mean when a customer selects an employee, the work hours are not properly shown?
Kind Regards,
