I have encountered several occasions where fields marked as required are submitted empty. This happens intermittently with clients. The system is allowing the client to schedule the appointment without filling out all the fields in the registration.
Thanks for reaching out to us. That's strange, I never experienced this issue while testing, but i suppose this could be a conflict with the other plugins or perhaps a caching issue. Was it just an isolated use case? Or it happen each time?
Good day, these are really isolated cases. Amelia is currently receiving a large number of appointment requests and registrations on our site. Among that large number, every now and then, I come across clients registering their appointments without providing their phone number, as an example. This field is mandatory to complete the registration process.
Yes, no clue, this is really strange. I can test it out, but I doubt that I would be able to find the root cause if it doesn't happen all the time. Just to double check, is the mandatory option enabled in both booking form settings and General settings?
If enabled, all the different options you mention—whenever I encounter a case with this error—I personally go through an incognito window and attempt to make a booking, and it won’t allow me to complete the reservation unless I have the information filled in these fields. If you'd like to take a closer look, my site still contains your login credentials. Let me know if you need this information again. Best regards!
