We purchased your plugin, stalled with no issues and started to customize the fonts/colors. Again no issues. However, when we try to create an appointment by clicking our on our homepage (Book An Appoitnment) we do not see the left hand side blue section. (see images)
I have had my wordpress guy look at this and does not understand why it does not appear. I did find that when you are on my website..and you right mouse click on "Inspect Page" the box shows up!! Can you please help.
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred.
It's usually a conflict with the caching plugin, but I can see that the booking form is actually in popup window. Make sure that the shortcode is properly added

Thats a bit extreme but ok. Given how long this plugin has been in GA, you must have some sort of list that provides a list of known conflicts???
