I provide therapy services. I think the word 'therapist' is more suitable than 'employee.' Can the word 'employee' be changed? Can the language in this menu be changed to Indonesian?

Yes, you can translate this label (as well as the others) in Customize settings. Select Customize, then Step by Step v2, then select Service Selection / Labels. You will find the option to translate this one and other labels there.

I tried changing the language here. I clicked 'Publish Form,' but nothing changed. All the labels are still in English. Did I miss something?

The language you choose is "Indonesian". If your default language on the booking form is English, then you should change the labels on English and then click on Publish.

hi stefan, If I want to enable SMS notifications for Indonesian country, what do I need to prepare?

There is no special configuration. The SMS messages would work for all countries (except Turkey). You would need to create an SMS account first and then top up the SMS deposit.
