Why is the "Book Now" button on the top of the catalogue window?

Is it possible to move it somewhere else?

    Hello Jonas,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/

We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more votes the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.

    Kind Regards,

I understand. There's already a suggestion like that. I commented on it.

Just to let you know, Amelia is not a good fit for me anymore since a lot of the features I need are missing.

I am selling online courses and workshops and the interface for making the sell is too long winded and not really aiming to sell.

This and the lack of exporting the setup from one site to another is a no sell for me.

Is there any other form-editor plugin that I can use to get the client data so I don't have to use your interface?

    Hello,

I understand your frustration with the limitations you're encountering, and I appreciate your feedback. To help us better understand your needs, could you share more details about how you'd like the interface to look for your online courses and workshops? Specifically, what changes or features do you think would improve your experience with Amelia, or are there specific aspects of the form process you would like to simplify or customize further?

Additionally, if you’re looking for a form editor to gather client data outside of Amelia’s interface, you could consider plugins like Gravity Forms or WPForms, which offer flexible form-building options and integrations with various third-party services. Both of these plugins allow for the collection of custom user data, which could integrate with your existing systems for courses and workshops.

Let me know what you're looking for in terms of the interface or any custom functionalities you'd like to see. I’ll do my best to help guide you in the right direction.

    Kind Regards,

Hi, what I really want is something like a simple form for one service only.

No fluff, just a simple message and a fat "Sign me up" button.

Think of it as a call to action form for all your clients. I am a coach, but think of a gym who want to sign on new members and would like them to be able to book a 15 minute free (or paid) consultation.

So a form with just name, email and phonenumber, with a CTA button leading to a calendar and when the date and time is picked, that's it!

I know I can get it outside of Amelia, but I imagine a lot of your customers would love this feature.

It would be like a whole new world of attracting clients to my business would open up.

Thanks for your time // Jonas

Understand me correctly, in the step booking form the button to book is misplaced or maybe add one more button att the bottom, that's where I look for the book now button.

And the forms are just fine for already paying clients. But for new clients it's a mess. Or for people who just want to make a fast order, or for business with only one service.

Or for people like me who want a fast track to get new clients in the system.

My marketing company looked at the form and said "it's too complicated". And they are looking at it from the perspective of attracting new clients.

And why would I want to have one more system when I already paid you guys for the booking service and the hassle of running two separate systems?

    Hello Jonas,

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Jonas. We will pass this request to our developers to note and consider as part of future improvements. The idea of a simplified form, especially for businesses offering a single service or aiming to onboard new clients quickly, is valuable. We’ll work on adding this type of streamlined form in future updates.

We appreciate your input, and it’s always helpful to hear how we can enhance the experience for all users. Thank you again for your time and suggestions!
