Buenas tardes, sigo con un Public Ticket #3763792 abierto, ya aclaré la duda que tenían pero no he recibido respuesta, no obstante con este nuevo ticket explico nuevamente mi problema que me urge resolver:
1. he configurado un campo personalizado para un servicio y he creado un paquete para ese servicio, pero cuando el cliente compra el paquete no aparece el campo personalizado, y necesito que el cliente me seleccione ese campo personalizado por cada reserva del servicio.
3. Necesito que el cliente pueda reservar más de un servicio en la misma fecha y mismo horario, cómo le hago?

For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.
We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!
