We have created some coupons. The coupon field is shown just before payment options if you are logged in but they are not shown if this is a first time visitor and not logged in.
How can I make the coupon field work even for non logged in users?

Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like this is a conflict with other plugins. Please try disabling them temporarily (leaving Amelia enabled) and test it again. By default, coupons should be available to all customers, no matter if they are first time visitor or existing customers.
