I set-up everything and now have an issue.
When I select an employee and then I select the service - the price for the service doesn't automatically get calculated but is written at the end of the name of the employee (which you don't see now because you select the employee first and don't open that menu again).

Is there a way, that I can see the prices update right away? Thnaks

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. If you have set custom prices per emplyoee then this is not possible to show straight away since the services is not selected first. So if the service is not selected first Amelia does not know which price it needs to show. This is possible only if the service is selected first.

In light of this, we encourage you to kindly consider submitting this valuable suggestion as a feature request through the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/. The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By participating and expressing your support, you contribute significantly to the potential expedited implementation of this feature.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,

Yes I understand but why is there also no way to show the total price after the 3 things are selected? Can I do it with custom code? Thanks

    Hello again,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to display it that way because the design was intentionally created as such. During the design process, we conducted extensive research with large use case study groups. The majority of users preferred this approach, as they felt that showing the full price could lead to confusion. Specifically, users might misunderstand and assume that the additional amount would be charged on top of the service price. For this reason, only the employee's additional price is displayed.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
