We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Dear Amelia,

    Since a few days the Finance page is not working. No payments of past appointments can be seen. Are you aware of this, en when will this be fixed?

    Hi James,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. I've seen a couple of users reporting the same issue, but this is probably a conflict or caching issue. I suppose you've tried clearing browser cache/cookies? Also WP cache? 

    Make sure that the WP user has an Admin user role assigned because not all users have permission to preview the sections. There might be an issue with the user role conflict.

    Hi James,

    You can use third-party cache plugins to clear the WordPress cache. You can find more information here. As for the browser cache/cookies, it's a simple process. Assuming that you use Chrome, please refer to this link.

    I also removed cookies, but still the Finance page does not work.

    Any other ideas?

    I have a similar issue. Finance page is empty but shows no data. Cleared cookies & cache, incl. Wordpress cache.

    In my Inspector I see 500 errors, see attached screenshot.
