When we add new appointments from the appointments page and choose to send a notification to the customer, there's no way to set the customer time zone. So the customer notification shows the wrong time for any customer outside the store's time zone. And the employee notification shows the wrong time for employees who are outside the store's time zone.
So we need a way to set the customer time zone when adding appointments. And the notifications need to reflect the time zones of both the customer and the employee.
Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. What you want is not possible with Amelia built in features.
Perhaps there is a workaround that can help. Amelia detect the time zone that is set on customer device and since you know their time zone you can set your device to their time zone and book from the incognito mode on the front end. This way they receive the booking in their time zone and employee will receive it in their. It is not ideal but perhaps it can help for your use case.
