Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
I have installed Amelia on a client's website, and everything is looking great.
However, when booking a time, e.g., an hour from 13:00 to 14:00, the form only displays the English time format in AM/PM. Where can I change this to a simple 24-hour format?
This would be a deal-breaker for the Danish market if we cannot change this. Any Danish user would find it very untrustworthy if a Danish website uses AM/PM. Not because there’s anything wrong with it, it’s just not a format we use in Denmark.
I hope there’s an easy and quick solution to this.
Looking forward to hearing from you !!

Ah! Amelia simply uses the timeformat set for the WP-installation
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
As far as we understand this is resolved but just in case we will explain how this works.
Amelia doesn't have date and time settings, so to change the time format, you need to change the format in WordPress General Settings and that will be applied in Amelia as well. Please take a look at this documentation page - Configuring WordPress Date/Time Settings in the Amelia WordPress Booking Plugin.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic marko.davidovic@tms-outsource.com
