Hello,
I'm configuring the notifications for reccuring appointments.
I'm using the variable %recurring_appointments_details% in my notification.
The email for the employee is correct (1 line for each date) :
- 26 novembre 2024 9h00
- 27 novembre 2024 9h00
- 28 novembre 2024 9h00
- 29 novembre 2024 9h00
The email for the client is not correct (all dates on 1 line ) :
- 26 novembre 2024 9h00- 27 novembre 2024 9h00- 28 novembre 2024 9h00- 29 novembre 2024 9h00
Could you please check why ?Thanks.
Hi benjamin,
You might notice two options in the notification templates (text and HTML). To switch to HTML mode, add the "break" element.
