I’m currently using the Amelia booking form for multiple categories (e.g., dog grooming, training courses). For one specific category (training courses), I have multiple employees assigned to different services (two services: individual lessons and group lessons).
For a better user experience, I would like the booking process to allow clients to first select the service. Then, depending on the service, the module would either automatically assign the single available employee or display a list of employees for that service, letting the client choose the one they prefer.
At the moment, the process requires clients to first select the employee and then the service, which doesn’t make sense for my use case. My clients are not familiar with the employees, and their choice is primarily based on the service they want.
Hello,
I’m currently using the Amelia booking form for multiple categories (e.g., dog grooming, training courses). For one specific category (training courses), I have multiple employees assigned to different services (two services: individual lessons and group lessons).
For a better user experience, I would like the booking process to allow clients to first select the service. At the moment, the process requires clients to first select the employee and then the service, which doesn’t make sense for my use case. My clients are not familiar with the employees, and their choice is primarily based on the service they want.
Is there a way to achieve this functionality?
Thank you in advance for your help!
