I’m currently using the Amelia booking form for multiple categories (e.g., dog grooming, training courses). For one specific category (training courses), I have multiple employees assigned to different services (two services: individual lessons and group lessons).
For a better user experience, I would like the booking process to allow clients to first select the service. Then, depending on the service, the module would either automatically assign the single available employee or display a list of employees for that service, letting the client choose the one they prefer.
At the moment, the process requires clients to first select the employee and then the service, which doesn’t make sense for my use case. My clients are not familiar with the employees, and their choice is primarily based on the service they want.
Not sure what the issue is since by default services are offered first then employees and locations unless you change the order in customize section
Service work hours depend on emplyoee work hours. You can set that emplyoee fied is not mandatory in customize section or you can hide the employee field there also
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Thank you for your answer. This is strange.. On my website it shows first the employee and then the service (see screenshot of my front end and sceenshot of Elementor widget). I checked in customize section and I see that the ordre there is first service and then employee (see screenshot).. How can I do to display first the service and the the employee? Is there on other way to do or is there a problem with my amelia plugin? Thanks
In personnalisation I swtiched Employée and service by putting Employé on top and the result is reversed on my website. We can say that the problem is kind of solved. Thanks for the support
Yes, it is kind of resolved but this seems like a slightly more difficult case of residual cache and it is not enough to clean it only through the plugin, but it is necessary to contact the hosting provider to purge the entire cache from the server. Hope this helps.

Is there a way to achieve this functionality?
Thank you in advance for your help!

I did both options but it didn't help.. Could you check in the website or suggest me other things to do to solve this? Thanks
