I want to enable the feature of "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" as I want a user to be created so the client may login their customer panel.
BUT right now it sends a password reset email - the link in the email brings customers to the backend of Wordpress which is really bad: https://dogharmonytraining.com/wp-login.php after they reset and log in from here they are on the backend of wordpress- no one wants this.
Thanks for reaching out to us. There are two options when it comes to customer panel log in. If the option "require password for login" is disabled, then the customers would have the option to enter the customer panel via the access link. When the option "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" is disabled, no WP users with Amelia Customer role will be created, but Amelia will create Amelia Customer still.
Also, if this option is disabled, no WordPress emails are sent to the customers. Your customers would need to access the page where the customer panel is located to reset their credentials.
I already knew all of this. and its not what I asked.
I do want a WP user to be create - as I checked it that is the only way they can connect to the customer panel.
so I do want a WP user to be created, I just don't want the user to receive the default Wordpress password reset email - the link in the email brings customers to the backend of Wordpress which is really bad:
not sure why I have to explain this again as this was ignored.
on woocomerce settings this email is disabled so its your plugin that activates it. why even have this in this feature? if we wanted this to happen when a user is created we can use the woocommerce settings. so why are you forcing it?

I already give them this link in the next page:
https://dogharmonytraining.com/customer-panel/?changePass=1
thats Amelia system link which lets them set a password for their account to log in with.
Is there a way to still create the Amelia customer user but not send them the Wordpress password reset?
