Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. Each installation is separate so you can not copy paste settings to a new site you need to set them manually I'm afraid.

In the customize module i choose hebrew language and added translations for hebrew.
now if I want to not go through all of it again on another one of my clients websites how do I copy this translation over to another website?

I see, thats too bad - it takes along time to update all the translations, its hard to have to do it each time.
hope it will be possible somehow, maybe at least with loco translate or smth
