Even though we have followed all the steps (google maps API) to create the maps for our places, we found out that the maps are not visible to the customer in the front end.
Independent if you open the event list or the catalogue booking, the details of the service or event do not contain a small map to see where the location is located.
What do we need to do to integrate the little maps into the front-end?
To display the map on the front end, you need to use the "address" custom field in the service or event details. Once you have added the correct address in this field, the map will be displayed to customers in the front-end view.
If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to ask.
The behavior you're describing is expected. The Google Map you see on the back-end when setting a location is only for admin reference. On the front-end event list, Amelia does not display a map, only the address text. This is because the event location field does not automatically generate a Google Map view for the front-end.
Additional Note:
The only place where an address field can trigger Google Maps integration (with autofill) is when using an address custom field in the booking form. This feature provides an address input with Google autofill, but it still won't render a map on the event page itself.
If you need any more clarification, please let me know!
Hi Amelia team,
the question says it all :)

Thank you very much in advance.
